In locale congregations, Workers administer spiritual services, such as: Thanksgiving, Prayer Meetings, Worship Services, Indoctrination Sessions, and Bible studies.
The Over-all Servant (formerly termed as "Presiding Minister") supervises the entire activity of the church and implements all policies and projects.
